Your new company
A leading international engineering and transformation consultancy delivering complex infrastructure, energy and technology programmes.

Your new role
The UK Change Manager will lead the deployment of a global change management strategy across the UK to ensure successful adoption of a new ERP system. As the local change lead, you will work with stakeholders and end users to drive engagement, manage resistance, assess business impacts, and monitor adoption through recognised methodologies such as ADKAR and ICAP. Other responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, leadership coaching, change reporting, development of Key User and Super User networks, coordination of training and UAT activities, go-live readiness planning, and post-implementation hyper care support to embed new ways of working.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking someone with proven experience in a senior change management role, ideally having worked within a large-scale ERP transformation. They are ideally seeking someone from an engineering consultancy background that has some exposure to the Nuclear sector.

  • Experience of large-scale business change and digital transformation programmes, ideally within an ERP environment (vendor agnostic).
  • Change management qualifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG or equivalent) and a sound understanding of recognised change frameworks and methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities, with confidence supporting senior leaders and driving change across diverse teams.
  • Good understanding of change management principles including impact assessment, communication planning, training coordination, resistance management and adoption measurement.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a matrix organisation.

What you'll get in return
You can expect a basic salary in the region of £90,000 (DoE), car allowance (£6k), bonus (up to £10k), pension (8%), life assurance, private healthcare, and hybrid working (2 days a week onsite).
