We are seeking an experienced Gen-AI Technical Lead to support and advance high-impact AI initiatives across EMEA. This role requires strong hands-on Gen-AI expertise, proven delivery capability, and the leadership skills to help scale AI adoption across operational and enterprise platforms.

Role Description

1. Gen-AI Practitioner

5–8 years of hands-on experience in data science or engineering, with strong delivery across Gen-AI workflows including RAG, prompt engineering, open-source LLMs, LangChain, and related technologies.

2. EMEA Project Leadership

Leads and executes AI projects in operational areas such as Corporate Trust and International AI Champions, with the ability to localize impact while ensuring scalability across global teams.

3. Technical Collaboration

Demonstrates strong cross-functional engagement across EMEA internal teams, partnering with engineering, operations, and product functions. Must be adept at navigating enterprise AI stack constraints and delivery environments.

4. Stakeholder Management

Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, business-aligned outcomes. Acts as a visible and trusted voice in high-stakes conversations.

5. Team Uplift and Scaling

Serves as the number two lead for Gen-AI initiatives. Mentors' analysts, drives adoption, and leads initiatives with visibility into the global AI4OPS strategy.
