Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement and data analysis?

This is an exciting opportunity to support the CTO Planning & Performance Team in driving operational excellence through time-sheeting analysis, workflow optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.

Contract Details:

• Location: London (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
• Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)
• Contract Length: 3 months (with visibility to extend)
• Start Date: ASAP

Key responsibilities

• Analyse time sheeting activities to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Deliver high-level summaries and insights from performance and financial data
• Support the Front Door Project, including onboarding and project setup
• Map and optimise business processes using MS Visio
• Recommend process changes based on Lean Six Sigma principles
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive change
• Ensure governance and performance tracking is within agreed tolerances

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and financial data interpretation
• Strong skills in process mapping and workflow optimisation
• Proficiency in Clarity or similar project/time sheeting systems
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Visio
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and business transformation
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification (desirable)
