This opportunity sits at the centre of a strategic technical migration and engaging widely across the organisation. You’ll lead complex discovery activity in a large-scale environment, navigating ambiguity, uncovering key information, and driving clarity across multiple technology platforms.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work independently to deliver expert analysis for a significant technical migration. Operating within the Digital Workplace team, you’ll partner with a specialist third‐party vendor and stakeholders across the organisation to understand current systems, identify ownership, and produce high‐quality discovery outputs that support strategic change.

Role Details

  • Location: Flexible (Predominantly remote)
  • Rate: £475 per day (inside IR35)
  • Length: 26 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead investigative and discovery activities across multiple technology platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our client and a specialist third‐party vendor.
  • Identify business owners and support structures for each technology platform.
  • Assess current vendor support status and highlight risks, gaps, and remediation actions.
  • Produce clear, structured documentation including risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Define the analysis approach, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Engage across a large, complex stakeholder network to gather information not formally documented.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship‐building skills across wide stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
  • Proven experience delivering discovery phases for complex change initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying information and resolving ambiguity.
  • Skilled in a broad range of Business Analysis techniques and documentation standards.
  • Experience working within large, complex organisations (telecoms advantageous).
