Business Analyst

A global bank is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a major programme establishing a new IT Asset Holding Company. This role involves leading workshops, documenting business requirements, and assessing impacts on IT and business processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.

• Title : Business Analyst
• Start date : ASAP
• Rate : £550 - £600 / day Inside IR35
• Duration: Initial 6 months

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects, within banking or financial services.
• Strong facilitation skills - Track record of leading workshops and working group discussions effectively.
• Recent experience with Financial Services is essential.
• Must have extensive experience defining Finance Target Operating Models (TOMs)
• Ability to perform gap analysis for IT requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
