Tech Bar Support experience
Floor Walk, 1-2-1 Support as well as remote support experience
Laptop/Desktop build and troubleshooting experience
Office 365 build, troubleshooting, rollout experience
Understanding of Network and infrastructure
ITSM tool / Call logging tool experience, such as ServiceNow, RemedyWhat you'll need to succeed

Can do attitude. Proactive thinker
Strong customer services skills
Previous IT Support experience
