, you must be comfortable resolving minor IT queries as the sole presence on site, as well as being the strategic lead on IT, within a small but growing business
A strong cultural fit is a must, you'll need to be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
A strong understanding of trends in IT, to ensure competitiveness in an evolving market, and the ability to seamlessly integrate new solutions
A strong general IT Infrastructure background, including knowledge of Windows 11 environments, the M365 Suite including Sharepoint, Networking Hardware, Firewalls, VPNs, as well as proven management of vendors
Good knowledge of Infosec principles and managing vulnerabilities
Good working knowledge of AV/VC for conference room setup
Good knowledge of supporting the Adobe Suite, and Dropbox
