We're looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join a growing and innovative business, supporting the development and delivery of connected solutions across the UK market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical background and customer-facing experience who wants to develop their product expertise while working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development teams. The RoleAs a Junior Product Specialist, you'll become a subject-matter expert across a range of innovative products and digital platforms. You'll support customers, partners, and internal teams with technical guidance, demonstrations, training, and product-related insights, while helping shape future product development through valuable market and customer feedback.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical product support to commercial teams, including tender responsesDeliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessionsWork closely with development teams to communicate customer and market requirementsSupport product launches and coordinate training initiativesGather and analyse market, customer, and competitor insightsAssist with product testing, validation, and field trialsSupport the creation of technical product information and launch materialsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancementsAbout YouDegree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT, or a related fieldExperience in a Product Specialist, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical roleStrong understanding of technical productsConfident presenting, training, and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsProactive, customer-focused, and eager to learnWhat's on Offer?
