Join a Leading Global Insurance Services Organisation as a Learning Governance & LMS Process Consultant!

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced consultant to establish a global learning governance framework across a complex, international organisation. Working across Learning & Development, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams, you will assess existing processes, implement governance standards, and drive greater consistency in LMS usage, data quality, reporting, and compliance training management.

Contract Details

  • Contract Length: until January 2027 (with visibility to extend)
  • Location: Redhill (hybrid – 3 times per week on-site)
  • Daily Rate: £525 per day (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a current-state assessment of learning governance, LMS usage, processes, and operating models across multiple business functions and regions.
  • Design and implement a global learning governance framework, including approval processes, ownership models, and RACI structures.
  • Define and standardise LMS administration processes to improve platform adoption, consistency, and data quality.
  • Establish data governance standards, validation controls, and quality management processes to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Create end-to-end frameworks for managing mandatory, regulatory, and compliance training requests from initiation through to launch.
  • Define reporting requirements and support the development of learning dashboards for compliance, operational, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption across Learning, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed new ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience administering or governing Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in process mapping, process improvement, and designing future-state operating models.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks, RACI models, and data quality standards within large, matrix organisations.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory, and mandatory training environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering change initiatives and successfully embedding new processes and behaviours.
  • Previous experience working within regulated industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, or other compliance-driven environments is highly desirable.
