Your new companyA leading not-for-profit organisation based across the North West is seeking a talented Microsoft 365 Developer on a permanent basis to join during a period of digital transformation.
As a Microsoft 365 Developer, you will support the delivery of digital solutions across the organisation using the Microsoft Power Platform and wider M365 ecosystem.
Working within a collaborative Business Systems team, you will design and build applications, automate workflows, and enhance productivity tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to impactful, user-focused solutions.
Your new roleDevelop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint OnlineSupport integration of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) with business applicationsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholdersBuild and manage API integrations and custom connectorsEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, and accessibility standardsParticipate in testing, deployment, and documentation of solutionsMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing supportWork alongside senior developers and analysts in an Agile environmentContribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new M365 capabilitiesWhat you'll need to succeedExperience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveFamiliarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Power Fx, or HTMLUnderstanding of APIs, data integration, and emerging tools such as AI Builder or Copilot StudioAwareness of M365 security, compliance, and data protection principlesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExperience working in Agile or iterative development environmentsWhat you'll get in returnHybrid working(2 days in the office per week)Salary negotiable on experience (£42000-£46,000)4 or 5 day weeks offeredGenerous annual leave plus bank holidays and additional service-related entitlementCompetitive pension schemeEnhanced family leave policiesHealth and wellbeing benefits, including gym access and healthcare supportOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesFlexible working and a supportive, forward-thinking environmentWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
