Your new role

As the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Business Programme Delivery Director, you will lead the delivery of a complex portfolio of programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and enterprise value frameworks. You will drive outcome-focused delivery, oversee governance and reporting, and proactively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will unblock challenges, maintain delivery momentum, and embed a culture of continuous improvement, value realisation, and high performance across teams.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring a strong track record of leading complex digital, data, and technology programmes within large, regulated or public sector environments. You will have demonstrable experience delivering at pace, linking programme execution to business outcomes, and managing senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
