The role is offered on a PAYE basis only in line with client requirements.Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a critical discovery and delivery initiative within HMRC's Customer Insight Platform (CIP).The Customer Insight Platform consists of multiple cross-functional agile teams responsible for collecting, analysing and enabling the use of customer interaction data at scale. A new workstream, known internally as Flocking and within HMRC as the Adaptive Detection System for Counter Fraud, is being established to transform fraud detection capabilities across HMRC.This innovative programme aims to move fraud detection from reactive, rules-based approaches to a proactive, automated capability that identifies organised fraud networks and hidden relationships across large-scale datasets.
