Program Manager

About the role

As a Programme Manager, you will be within the Fixed Wholesale and Customer Delivery Strategy, Data and Transformation team. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes across the team driving coordinated change across people, process and systems.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Team please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Previous experience leading a Programme within a transformation environment
• People change experience
• Experience managing complex interdependencies and competing priorities
• Good understanding on field-based environments
• Ability to use data, insights to inform decisions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.

• A daily pay rate (inside IR35) through umbrella, up to £600.00 a day.
• This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Paddington, London, Manchester or Birmingham.
