About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Centre implementation projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex server installations and managing projects within Data Centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large Data Centre server installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and operational best practices.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and resolve issues in a high-pressure environment.
• Travel regularly to Sines, Portugal for on-site project management and coordination.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre server installations.
• Previous career experience working in and around Data Centres.
• Strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, hardware, and operational processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with risk management and contingency planning in technical projects.

Travel Requirement

• Frequent travel to Sines, south of Lisbon, Portugal is required.
