Project Manager – Business Change & Strategy

Location: Stratford, London

Contract Type: 6 Month Rolling Contract

Hybrid working available (40% office based)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a hands-on delivery role involving all aspects of project management, with potential task management responsibilities for a small team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong focus on outcomes and delivery, working closely with colleagues across Change, Finance, and Corporate Services for our client, who are recognised as an economic regulator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a business change project, tailoring frameworks to suit project needs
• Define scope and objectives to ensure cross-functional collaboration
• Align with other Project Managers and Workstream Leads for consistent delivery
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure deliverables are met and outcomes exceed expectations

Who we're looking for:

Minimum Criteria:

• Experience managing large-scale business and IT change projects
• Proven track record in delivering projects with significant business change elements

Essential:

• Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PMQ, APM)
• Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
