Launched in March 2024, our Oracle specialism has quickly become one of the fastest-growing technology practices at Hays, with exceptional growth across both contract and permanent recruitment.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in a project-driven contract desk specialising in ERP technology, with a focus on Oracle Fusion (Oracle’s cloud ERP suite).
Depending on your experience, you will:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates within the tech/ERP market
- Support or lead on roles within large-scale transformation and change programmes
- Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates
- Contribute to business development and market growth
- Manage elements of the recruitment lifecycle, with increasing ownership over time
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in events and networking initiatives, working alongside industry partners and building your professional profile.
Who this role would suit

- Recruiters with experience in technology, ERP, SAP, Oracle or project-based hiring
- Individuals with some recruitment, sales or client-facing experience looking to specialise
