Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive impactful storytelling and creative campaigns that bring the employer value proposition (EVP) to life. Working across global channels, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compelling, insight-driven content that elevates employer brand perception and supports strategic talent attraction goals.
Role Details
- Contract Length: until December 2026
- Rate: £300 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: London (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the global employer brand content strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels (e.g. careers site, LinkedIn, Meta, internal platforms).
- Build and execute a channel roadmap aligned to global hiring priorities, including early careers.
- Lead the creative direction and execution of employer brand campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging storytelling.
- Create and oversee high-quality multimedia content that brings the EVP to life across diverse platforms.
- Manage and optimise employer brand channels by tracking performance metrics, analysing engagement, and refining approaches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (communications, brand, DEI) and external partners to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
- Maintain and govern global employer brand assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and managing content libraries.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Employer Branding, Brand, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and digital storytelling best practices.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Demonstrable video editing and graphic design capabilities.
- Ability to translate brand identity into compelling, compliant creative outputs.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Creative, proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
