Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / QM / SD Consultant with aircraft MRO processes to provide expert guidance and propose industry best practices for SAP solutions within the aviation sector. This role involves advising on compliance with European regulations and optimising aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending and implementing industry best practices for SAP solutions.
• Support planning, execution, and management of aircraft MRO operations.
• Ensure alignment with European aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise in SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, QM, SD) and/or Service Delivery processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations for defence / military-related projects where applicable.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services remotely, with occasional on-site visits as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an advisory role for SAP solution design and optimisation.
• Strong background in the aviation industry and thorough understanding of EASA and EMAR regulations.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in aircraft MRO planning, execution, and management.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA with expertise in MM, QM, SD modules and/or Service Delivery.
• Defence or military sector experience is highly beneficial.

• Security clearance for an EU or NATO country.
