🚀 Hiring: Senior Programme Manager (UK – Fully Remote)

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a complex IT separation and transformation programme across the EMEA region.

This is a fully remote role (UK-based) requiring EMEA time zone coverage. The working language is English.

🔎 The Role

You will take ownership of a multi-workstream programme focused on IT commercial applications, ensuring smooth separation, transition, and operational continuity. This is a senior-level role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery expertise, and excellent programme governance capability.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, testing, implementation and hypercare activities relating to IT separation and application disentanglement.
• Oversee non-regression testing, legal entity separation impacts, data archiving and extraction, and logical data/access separation to support TSA execution.
• Manage software and hardware licensing impacts, interface changes, and contractual considerations.
• Collaborate closely with application owners and Business Technology Leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Partner with PMO, programme stakeholders, IT Product Lines and Business IT teams to monitor progress, manage interdependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Track KPIs, provide regular status reporting, and escalate issues where required.
• Drive effective communication across global and regional IT teams to ensure seamless programme execution.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating at Senior Programme Manager level within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering across EMEA regions is highly desirable.
