Hays have partnered with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to a business-critical data transformation. If you're a strong project management professional, with demonstrated success in delivering complex and multi-year data platform implementations and migrations within financial services, then we want to hear from you.

Length : 12 months + potential extension
Hybrid : Yes (3 days in-office)
Location : Central London
Rate : £750 - £850/day inside via Umbrella (some flexibility)

Your new role and w hat you'll need to succeed

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the data services transformation, all the way from solution architecture through to platform build, migration, and service rollout. Bringing deep experience and a proven track record in end-to-end data platform delivery within financial services (ideally clearing), you will utilise your strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and reporting to:

• Manage delivery across engineering, analytics, reporting, risk modelling and regulatory teams; ensuring delivery of analytics-as-a-service capabilities, margin transparency tooling, and member-facing data services
• Overseeing vendor engagement and platform selection, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations around data lineage, transparency and operational resilience
• Engaging with senior stakeholders all the way up the chain, as well as establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors
• Collaborate with a focus on delivery and accountability, using your strong and open communication skills to articulate complex technical delivery to non-technical stakeholders
