Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple concurrent Packet Core technology projects.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain robust project plans using MS Project and ensure alignment with strategic business and customer objectives.
  • Coordinate internal technical teams, Operational teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary project interface for key corporate customers, including major client enterprise clients.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical project activities.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support commercial conversations by providing Packet Core delivery expertise when needed.

Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:

  • Strong understanding of Packet Core architecture across 3G, 4G and 5G technologies (vEPG, PCC, IMS, AMF/SMF/UPF, PCRF/PCF, etc.).
  • Experience delivering large scale telco network infrastructure and software projects.
  • Familiarity with mobile operator environments, network integration, and end to end testing processes.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi vendor technology projects.
  • Strong competency in project planning, risk management, change control and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to drive structured delivery processes while adapting to fast moving technical environments.
  • Customer & Vendor Engagement
  • Proven experience in customer-facing delivery roles, ideally with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Skilled in managing suppliers, negotiating deadlines and ensuring quality outputs.
  • MS Project – project planning & scheduling
  • MS Teams – collaboration & communication
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – documentation & reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and delivery focused.
  • Comfortable working in matrix environments with distributed technical teams.
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APM).
