Operating in both the UK and US markets, the business has built a loyal customer base and is investing heavily in experimentation, conversion optimisation and customer experience to drive the next phase of growth.Your new roleReporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the on-site customer experience across multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a highly commercial role where success will be measured by improvements in conversion rate, add-to-cart rate and revenue per session.You will be responsible for identifying friction points across the customer journey, designing and implementing UX improvements, and building a structured testing programme to continuously optimise performance. Working closely with Growth, Marketing and Development teams, you will create high-converting landing pages, improve key ecommerce journeys and develop a scalable design system that supports rapid experimentation.Key responsibilities include:Owning the UX/UI experience across multiple Shopify storesImproving conversion rates through data-led design decisionsBuilding and managing an A/B testing and experimentation roadmapDesigning and optimising landing pages for paid media campaignsAnalysing customer behaviour using heatmaps, session recordings and analytics toolsCollaborating with marketing and development teams to deliver UX enhancementsCreating and maintaining scalable design systems and component librariesMonitoring performance and translating insights into actionable recommendationsWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience in UX/UI Design within an ecommerce or D2C environmentStrong Shopify experience, including theme customisation and site optimisationDemonstrable success improving commercial KPIs through UX and CRO initiativesHands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation platformsStrong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion funnelsProficiency with Figma and modern design workflowsExperience using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics toolsMobile-first design mindsetExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirable experience includes subscription ecommerce, Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, accessibility best practice and experience supporting international ecommerce markets.What you'll get in returnThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, data-driven business where experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement sit at the heart of the culture.
