About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, organised and detail-oriented Local Market Content Manager to join our client, who can own our client localisation and content management for Spanish, Irish and US markets. You’ll need to speak Spanish at native level.

You’ll spend at least ~70% of your time on CMS and content management work, and will have the opportunity to spend the remaining ~30% on other content areas that most interest you, such as content design, SEO, measurement and optimisation, process definition, personalisation, etc..

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Key responsibilities

Local market content strategy

  • Ownership of the localisation strategy, including defining what content should be shared from the GB site to local market sites, including Spain, Ireland,
  • Translation of English content into Spanish (Native-level Spanish fluency required, please note that we will not consider candidates who do not meet this criteria)
  • Day-to-day management of local market content in our CMS, Contentful.
  • Liaising with local market partners to coordinate work and share performance insights

Content management

  • Own and optimise the processes for content uploading and management, including briefing, QA and ongoing maintenance
  • Create and update content in the CMS, ensuring content follows brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Upload, format, and optimise text, images, videos, and other digital assets for web publication.
  • Review and proofread content for grammar, accuracy, and tone
  • Identify and fix content errors, broken links, and layout issues.
  • Maintain metadata, tagging, and categorisation for searchability and analytics tracking · Champion the importance of accessible design
