We are looking for a Working Instructions Writer to join our client, a leading competitor within the pharmaceutical industry.
You will joining the client's programme, powered by S/4Hana a new ERP system which will be implemented right across the organisation, providing the business with standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data and real time reporting, transforming the way the client works through the entire supply chain.
As a Working Instructions Writer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing Step-by-Step Instructions: Create clear, detailed working instructions using SAP Enable Now that guide end users through tasks and processes in a logical sequence, ensuring ease of understanding and accuracy
- Engaging with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with process owners and technical specialists to gather the necessary information and validate content, ensuring instructions reflect current practices and standards.
- Reviewing and Revising Documentation: Regularly update and improve working instructions based on feedback, process changes, or lessons learned, maintaining the relevance and accuracy of each document.
- Ensuring Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Align documentation with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness and operational integrity.
- Standardizing Document Formats: Adhere to approved templates and formatting guidelines to ensure working instructions are consistent, professional, and easy to follow across different departments or functions.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience in working instructions writing
- Prior Finance or Operations Experience
- Knowledge of S/4HANA
- Ability to work with various online IT systems & applications
- Pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable
