This position combines consultancy, innovation, and leadership in a dynamic legal tech environment.

You'll collaborate with lawyers, clients, and technologists to craft and implement solutions that enhance legal workflows and deliver better outcomes for clients.

You'll bridge the gap between legal and technical teams, translating business needs into practical, tech-enabled solutions using platforms like document automation tools, low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps), and HighQ.

You Will: Lead and support projects that enhance client service and internal efficiency Collaborate with legal teams and clients to shape practical, tech-enabled solutions Advise on tools like document automation, analytics, and no-/low-code platforms Promote innovation through workshops, training, and firm-wide initiatives Build strong cross-functional relationships across multiple departments Experience Required Legal sector experience with knowledge of legal tech like HighQ, Contract Express, Luminance, and Docusign Strong grasp of legal service delivery and tech's role in improving it Clear communicator who can simplify complex tech Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Passionate about innovation and driving meaningful change In return you will work for a fantastic firm with a great culture and excellent benefits including a competitive salary up to c£80k.
