UX/UI Designer

About the role

As a Senior UX/UI, you will be accountable for the quality, direction and effectiveness of UX/UI design outcomes within your squad. You will lead design approach for complex problem spaces, owning decisions from discovery through to implementation and ensuring solutions are grounded in user insight, technical feasibility and business priority while remaining consistent with other digital journeys.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Team please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Experience in a transformational digital environment and telecoms experience.
• Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to connect design decisions to user needs, product strategy and business objectives.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end UX design processes.
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, Adobe CC and scalable design.
• Strong experience applying user research, usability testing, analytics.
