About the Role

We're looking for a Senior C# Developer to join a small, collaborative, and mission-driven team building a new platform in the sustainable supply chain space. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved at the ground level of a greenfield project that’s aiming to make a real-world impact — tackling challenges like deforestation and illicit trade through innovative technology.

As part of a distributed team across Europe, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing a scalable, secure system from the ground up. You won’t just be handed tickets — you’ll have the autonomy to help shape the product and the way we build it.

What you’ll do

• Lead backend development using modern C#/.NET
• Build and maintain performant, scalable, and maintainable services
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Contribute to architecture, tooling, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team that values curiosity, kindness, and ownership

What we’re looking for

✅ Strong experience with back-end development in C#

✅ A solid understanding of building APIs and service-based architectures

✅ A passion for clean, maintainable, and efficient code

✅ A collaborative mindset and willingness to get involved in product discussions

Nice to have

➕ Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

➕ Exposure to DevOps practices and AWS or other cloud platforms
