As an early engineering hire, you’ll work closely with the founding team to shape their product and tech architecture. You’ll develop impactful solutions, balancing usability, efficiency, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance web interfaces and backend logic.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Automate internal processes and improve technical workflows.
• Communicate feature updates and gather user feedback.

Tech Stack:

TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

• Experience in a VC-backed engineering team.
• Strong web development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for fintech and emerging markets.
• Based in London.
