The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap across our core internal platforms and customer-facing products.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and investors to translate strategy into clear product direction, while partnering day-to-day with design, engineering, sales, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

This role suits someone comfortable operating across strategy and execution in a fast-growing, product-led business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across internal and customer-facing platforms
  • Translate company vision and commercial priorities into clear product outcomes
  • Work closely with design and engineering to plan, scope, and deliver high-impact initiatives
  • Partner with sales and operations to ensure products support real-world workflows and scale
  • Use data, research, and insight to inform decisions and define success metrics
  • Champion usability, adoption, and continuous improvement across all product areas
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, SaaS, or high-volume B2C operational environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing competing priorities
  • Hands-on experience with modern product delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Linear)
  • Track record of delivering impactful internal platforms and/or customer-facing product
  • Comfortable working across strategy, discovery, delivery, and iteration
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
