The Opportunity

We’re hiring a VP Sales to lead one of the most important commercial functions in the business.

This role will oversee a department of 50-100 people spanning Sales Managers and Mortgage Advisers across multiple brands and growth channels, with responsibility for significant multi-million-pound revenue delivery.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” leadership role. We are looking for someone who can help architect and scale the next phase of the business. The opportunity is to take an already high-performing operation and build a world-class sales organisation capable of supporting one of the UK’s most ambitious homeownership platforms.

What You’ll Own

• Leadership and performance of a 50-100 person sales function across multiple teams and managers

• Building scalable operating rhythms, management frameworks, KPI structures and performance cadences

• Driving submitted value, conversion, productivity and revenue outcomes across the department

• Ownership of forecasting, pipeline health, resource planning and operational delivery

• Using data, reporting, call analytics and behavioural metrics to identify performance opportunities and operational weaknesses

• Developing Sales Managers into high-performing operational leaders

• Building a culture of accountability, pace, coaching and execution excellence

• Working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering and Commercial leadership to improve systems, workflows and scalability

• Helping shape organisational structure, capacity planning and long-term go-to-market execution

Who You Are

• Proven experience leading large-scale B2C and/or B2B sales organisations, spanning 50–100+ people

• Experience operating in high-growth, high-performance environments where pace and execution matter

• Strong analytical and operational mindset - highly comfortable using metrics, dashboards, conversion analysis and behavioural data to drive decisions up to a Board level

• Demonstrated experience building scalable management structures and operating frameworks

• Strong commercial operator with ownership mentality around revenue outcomes

• Exceptional people leader capable of coaching both frontline managers and senior leadership

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and change

• Experience leading inside sales, contact centre, telesales or high-volume commercial functions highly desirable

• Financial services or regulated sales experience helpful but not required
