- Lead, coach and develop a UK-based sales team
- Own and drive UK & EMEA revenue performance
- Build and execute a scalable SaaS sales strategy
- Drive new business, renewals and expansion across key accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success
π― What weβre looking for:
- Proven Sales Director / Senior Sales profile within SaaS
- Substantial management and leadership experience within SaaS
- Strong track record in subscription-based revenue models
- Experience developing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on commercially
- Background in data, analytics or complex solution sales is highly advantageous
π Location: Surrey (2/3 days per week in office)
