Change & Innovation Consultant (Manager Level)
UK – Remote with travel to client sites
A growing consultancy is looking for a Change & Innovation Consultant to support transformation programmes and help clients adopt new ways of working. You’ll contribute to change delivery, lead key workstreams, and support innovation initiatives across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop change strategies, plans, and communications
- Lead elements such as business readiness, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate workshops to identify impacts, risks, and requirements
- Support innovation activity including ideation sessions, design sprints, and research
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain innovation pipelines
- Manage multiple workstreams
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years in change, innovation, or transformation roles
- Experience designing change strategies and core deliverables
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Relevant degree; change or innovation certifications desirable
