Our PE-backed client, a high-growth leader in e-commerce fulfilment support ambitious D2C brands across the UK and Europe. Powered by proprietary technology, they design customised inventory management and shipping solutions for high-velocity ecommerce brands — from disruptive challengers to emerging category leaders.
As they enter their next phase of growth, they are expanding their capability to win large, strategic ecommerce partnerships while continuing to support fast-scaling D2C innovators.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior, commercially driven Enterprise Sales leader to secure high-value ecommerce fulfilment partnerships (£0.5m–£5m+). This role is ideal for a proven closer who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and wants to play a key role in shaping our clients enterprise sales motion.
You will either:
- Join our established pan-European sales team (UK South, Madrid, Eindhoven), or
- Lead a new strategic enterprise initiative with clear progression toward senior leadership or C-suite responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close large, strategic ecommerce fulfilment deals with UK and international D2C brands
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting high-growth and global ecommerce businesses
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including procurement, operations, finance, and technology teams
- Position our proprietary technology and fulfilment network as a scalable, differentiated solution
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and founders
- Collaborate closely with Solutions, Operations, and Tech teams to deliver bespoke proposals
- Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market positioning, and enterprise sales processes
- Act as a senior commercial voice internally, mentoring others where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience closing £500k+ deals in ecommerce, logistics, fulfilment, SaaS, or adjacent sectors
- Track record of success selling into D2C, B2C, or omnichannel ecommerce brands
- Comfortable operating in PE-backed, high-growth environments
- Strong consultative selling skills with the gravitas to engage C-suite stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build pipeline independently
- International or pan-European sales experience is a strong plus
