Operational Data Executive - 12 months FTC – London (Hybrid) – Salary up to £32K

We’re looking for a proactive Operational Data Executive to support key commercial operations through accurate data management and CRM projects. This role is perfect for someone with strong SQL skills, a flair for problem-solving, and a keen interest in improving customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Generate, analyse, and visualise operational data to support marketing, finance, sales, and product teams.
• Maintain processes for B2C payment processing, customer onboarding, and product fulfilment.
• Lead CRM-related projects to optimise the customer journey.
• Keep up-to-date with data tools, CRM best practices, GDPR, and industry trends.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• High self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI advancements.
