We’re a well-established SaaS company in the learning technology sector, entering an exciting scale-up phase. To accelerate growth, we’re building out our marketing function and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a small, high-impact team of two. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a customer-led, insight-driven marketing function from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute a marketing strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and brand strength
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
• Establish clear processes and procedures to develop and scale the marketing function
• Build customer-led campaigns that translate insights into measurable impact
• Bolster the company’s marketing proposition with clear positioning and storytelling
• Partner with product and commercial teams to align marketing with business growth objectives

What we’re looking for

• Must have SaaS platform experience, ideally within learning tech or adjacent sectors
• Proven track record in driving growth — scaling marketing functions and delivering measurable results
• Strong expertise in insight-led and customer-led marketing approaches
• Experience in establishing and embedding marketing processes and procedures
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Collaborative leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments
