What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with Healthera’s key strategic partners
  • Lead account planning, reviews, and initiatives that align with our customers’ business goals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive mutual growth
  • Oversee complex client projects from discussion to delivery, ensuring milestones are met
  • Navigate senior stakeholder relationships and negotiate high-value commercial contracts
  • Report on key KPIs and account health, proactively driving engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations) to deliver excellence
  • Develop new business opportunities with prospective key partners

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing commercial agreements
  • Exceptional organisation and project management skills — you run your accounts like businesses
  • Data-savvy (Google Sheets / Excel) and confident producing reports & proposals
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or fast-growth environments is a plus
