Director, Restructuring (Tech/Venture Debt focus)

I am working for an impressive Asset Management Client, who are seeking a Director/Senior Director level restructuring professional, with strong exposure to the Early Stage Tech/Venture Debt markets, to join their broader Venture Debt business in London.

The role will involve the remediation/restructuring of distressed deals across the Early Stage Tech/Venture Debt universe.

Suitable candidates must have current tangible restructuring expertise at the smaller/venture debt end of the Tech markets.
