Role Purpose
As HR Director, you will lead the global People & Culture function and serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team. Your mission will be to build and deliver a forward-looking people strategy and operational framework that supports rapid growth, a high-performing culture of trust and respect, and the organisational agility required for the cyber-security industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive leadership team to develop the people strategy aligned with business growth, acquisition/integration objectives and global expansion.
- Act as a senior leader and ambassador for People & Culture — shaping and embedding values of trust, respect, adaptability and commitment across the global organisation.
- Provide leadership, insight and oversight of global HR operations and key initiatives (talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, reward & recognition, diversity & inclusion, culture).
- Lead change programmes and support organisational design to ensure the company is positioned for scalable growth.
- Design and implement end-to-end talent strategies including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, development and retention, especially in high-growth areas.
- Build and evolve the company employer brand to attract top talent in cybersecurity, technology and related disciplines.
- Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaging, high-performance culture that supports innovation and teamwork in a global, distributed company.
- Ensure leadership development and succession planning frameworks are in place, and actively develop the leadership pipeline.
- Oversee global HR operations including HR policies, compliance (across multiple jurisdictions), HRIS systems, process efficiency and metrics-driven people analytics.
- Lead Reward & Total Compensation strategies, aligning pay, equity and benefits to market and company strategy.
- Develop and monitor people-related KPIs and dashboards (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, engagement, diversity metrics) and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple markets; manage risk and partner with legal/finance functions.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-calibre global HR team, ensuring talent, systems and processes are fit-for-purpose for the stage of growth.
- Act as a role model for people leadership, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion global initiatives – e.g., employee engagement, internal mobility, remote/hybrid working models, wellbeing & employee experience.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- Significant experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles in high-growth, global technology companies (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of building and scaling people functions, designing and implementing people strategies aligned with business scaling.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, systems, policies and compliance across multiple geographies.
- Experience with talent acquisition, culture change, leadership development, reward strategy and people analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organisation, adept at managing ambiguity and driving results through influence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial depending on region coverage.
