Security Installation Engineer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable NSI-accredited security company, seeking an experienced Security Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable, professional engineer with strong technical skills in security systems installation and maintenance.

• Install, test, commission, and maintain security systems to NSI standards
• Work with intruder alarms, CCTV (IP & analogue), access control, and intercoms
• Liaise professionally with clients on-site
• Complete accurate reports, service notes, and documentation
• Participate in the call-out rota (additional pay)
• Maintain high standards of work and represent the company positively

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Experience with systems such as Texecom, Scantronic, Ajax, Hikvision, Dahua, and Paxton
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights

Desirable:

• BTEC or equivalent in electronic security systems
• IPAF certification
• Advanced IT skills (particularly for IP-based systems)
