Transport Planner

NEW VACANCY: We are recruiting for a medium sized company who specialise in road freight and transport, they are looking for someone to join their team who can look after all the transport planning, the fleet is small (HGV's) however the role is hands on route planning for UK transport.

They are looking for someone who has full transport planning experience that can plan the routes, liaise with drivers, update customers and liaise with ops team.

You should have strong IT skills and be confident to use (and learn) their transport system.

Previous experience working for a freight company dealing with transport planning is required.

Core hours are Monday - Friday 8.30pm - 18.00pm (must have some flexibility)
