The role also supports the delivery of the services engagement plan. This includes preparing and supporting with communication, working alongside Services Manager. You will need to work collaboratively with out communications, people and wider team to be the interface for Services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the H2H and Heathrow Volunteer Booking platform and work collaboratively with soltuions on continuois improvements where necessary

\nOversee IRT communications for IRT operational suppotEngage on a regular basis with all business functionsWork with Department Leads and Line Managers xohmjla \n

  • You must have excellent English writing and verbal language skill

\nExcellent IT SkillsMust be able to work under pressureStrong Presentation Delivery skills
