Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Our client in the IT Services & Consulting industry is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy and execution of ServiceNow capabilities across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will focus on aligning platform capabilities with enterprise goals, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence across asset and configuration management functions within a financial services environment.
What you will do:
- Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy across HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance, usage, and compliance.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate complementary tools across the IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes to increase platform value and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and ServiceNow delivery outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and development roadmap.
- Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling (HAM, SAM, CMDB).
- Prior experience working in financial services environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
