Release Manager – IAM (PingOne AIC)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-driven Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle of our PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) platform (formerly ForgeRock Identity Cloud).

This role requires strong IAM expertise, CI/CD discipline, and a security-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Release Management: Plan and manage releases across AIC components including Journeys (Trees), IDM Managed Objects, realms, and custom scripts.
• Environment Promotion: Promote configurations from Dev → Stage → Prod using AIC REST APIs and automation tools.
• Automation & Config-as-Code: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Terraform, and related tooling.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain audit trails and ensure releases meet SOC2, GDPR, and security standards.
• Risk & Readiness: Conduct release reviews, identify schema conflicts, and prevent production incidents.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with IAM engineers, security architects, and operations to align release schedules and impact.

Required Skills & Experience

IAM Platform

• Strong hands-on experience with PingOne AIC
• Knowledge of Journeys, IDM, and Access Management

DevOps & Automation

• Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI)
• Terraform or similar Infrastructure/Config-as-Code tools

Technical

• JavaScript (AIC scripting)
• Bash or Python for automation
• REST APIs and Postman
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
