Title: SPM ServiceNow Architect

JD:

8-12 years of experience in Presales, Engagement Management, or Professional Services Sales roles, with exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS) or digital solutions environments.

Strong knowledge of the sales lifecycle-from scoping to closure-and a proven ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and structure commercials independently.

Proven ability in coordinating across Sales, Delivery, Solutioning, and Legal teams, strong communication skills, executive presence, and analytical thinking.

Familiarity with Salesforce, or equivalent deal systems, and experience working in structured, process-oriented organizations.
