Location: Hybrid (c2 days on site presence required pw)
Contract: 15–16 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a leading business undertaking a major enterprise transformation to appoint an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager.
This is a high-impact role leading the delivery of a business-critical ERP migration programme. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end project, ensuring successful planning, governance, and execution while maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.
Working across multiple functions including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, you’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver a future-ready platform that supports long-term growth and performance.
This opportunity would suit a seasoned programme leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can drive delivery at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA migration programme
- Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, and resource allocation
- Establish governance structures, reporting, and escalation processes
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners
- Oversee testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or system transformation programmes
- Experience across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
- Strong experience managing external system integrators and partners
- Ability to deliver programmes across multiple business functions
- Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder management capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience of SAP S/4HANA migrations (desirable)
