The Opportunity

We are supporting a specialist consultancy that delivers enterprise performance management and finance transformation solutions to organisations across the EMEA region. The team is known for delivering complex, high-impact programmes where technology, process improvement, and user engagement come together to drive real operational change.

Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity for an Engagement Lead to take ownership of client relationships and drive successful delivery across multiple transformation initiatives.

This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on stakeholder engagement, understands how to drive user adoption, and enjoys shaping delivery outcomes from inception through to completion.

The Role

As Engagement Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery and strong adoption of transformation solutions. While technical understanding is valuable, this role is fundamentally focused on engagement, delivery leadership, and user success.

You will play a central role in aligning project objectives with business needs, ensuring that solutions are not only implemented but fully embraced by end users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client engagements across the full delivery lifecycle
• Managing senior stakeholder relationships across finance and technology teams
• Driving user adoption strategies to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions
• Overseeing project delivery, timelines, and client expectations
• Facilitating workshops and engagement sessions with client teams
• Supporting change management initiatives to improve system uptake
• Collaborating with delivery and technical teams to ensure consistent outcomes
• Contributing to the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, where appropriate
• Identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and strengthen long-term partnerships

What We Are Looking For

Essential experience:

• Proven experience leading client-facing delivery engagements
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior business users
• Demonstrated success driving user adoption and engagement across transformation projects
• Experience delivering projects within finance, EPM, or enterprise systems environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different client programmes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable experience:

• Exposure to enterprise performance management or finance transformation environments
• Understanding of AI concepts and how they support automation and operational efficiency
• Experience working within consulting or professional services environments
• Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies
