OneStream Planning Lead

OneStream Planning Lead | London (Remote) | Full-Time

Henderson Drake is collaborating with a well-regarded OneStream consultancy to find an experienced planning lead for their UK practice.

You will take end-to-end responsibility for planning engagements, from the first design conversation through to a go-live that actually works, and you will do it working alongside finance leaders who expect both technical rigour and practical judgement.

The consultancy is also seeing growing client interest in AI-driven planning capabilities, and this role offers real exposure to how that space is developing.

What you will be doing:

• Take ownership of OneStream Planning implementations across budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and workforce planning
• Design and configure solutions across metadata, business rules, Cube Views, dashboards, workflows, and reporting
• Translate complex finance requirements into practical, scalable OneStream designs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders throughout delivery
• Support ERP and data integration workstreams connected to the OneStream environment
• Run design workshops, training sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client teams
• Explore and advise on AI and automation opportunities within the planning environment
• Coach and guide junior consultants across active project workstreams

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of OneStream implementation experience with a planning specialism
• A solid grounding in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise planning solutions within OneStream
• Confidently running workshops and engaging senior finance stakeholders directly
• Curiosity about where AI and automation are taking finance planning
• OneStream certifications are a bonus but not a requirement.
