OneStream Senior Planning Lead

Location: Remote – London

Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of an established EPM consultancy that has built a strong reputation delivering complex OneStream planning solutions for enterprise clients.

The firm is looking to hire a Senior Planning Lead to work with leading finance teams to design and build robust planning models while supporting delivery best practices across the wider project team.

What you will be doing

• Lead the delivery of OneStream Planning implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation.
• Design integrated planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Configure core OneStream components including metadata, workflows, business rules, cube views, and dashboards.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to improve planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants and support best practice across planning engagements.

What you will bring

• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience, with a focus on planning.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Experience building scalable financial planning solutions within OneStream.
• Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Confidence supporting workshops and leading planning discussions.
• OneStream certifications are beneficial but not essential.
