Henderson Drake is partnering with a global OneStream implementation partner to find a seasoned OneStream Transformation Manager. This firm is recognised for delivering high-impact, end-to-end finance transformations for complex, multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end OneStream-enabled finance transformation programmes, covering Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting.
• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Heads of FP&A to define target operating models and translate strategic vision into practical, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery.
• Contribute to business development efforts, leveraging your expertise to shape proposals and expand client relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong track record of leading multiple, full-cycle OneStream transformation projects is essential.
• You understand that technology is an enabler, not a solution, bringing deep expertise in finance process redesign and operating model transformation.
• 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, ideally within a recognised OneStream partner or top-tier consulting firm.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite executives.
• Experience managing workstreams, mentoring teams, and taking ownership of project outcomes.
