Location: UK (Hybrid / Remote + Occasional Client Travel)

Salary: £35,000 – £110,000 (depending on experience)

They partner with some of the most exciting technology providers in the EPM space, including Pigment, to deliver connected planning solutions that drive smarter, faster decisions across finance, operations, and strategy.

The Role

We're seeking a Pigment Consultant to join a dynamic, collaborative team implementing enterprise planning and performance management solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading or supporting the end-to-end delivery of Pigment projects, from requirements and model design to testing, deployment, and user enablement.
• Translating complex business needs into clear, scalable planning models.
• Building financial and operational models, dashboards, and reports that empower real-time decision-making.
• Advising clients on planning best practices and driving adoption across teams.
• Collaborating with internal solution architects, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing Pigment or similar EPM tools (such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful, Jedox).
• Solid understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with data modelling and system integrations is highly desirable.
• A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This client is open to different levels of experience in an effort to attract the best Pigment talent in the market. These are as follows:

• Junior (1-3 years) - £37,500-£48,000 DOE
• Consultant (mid-level) - £45,000 - £65,000
• Mid-senior (3-6 years) - leading workstreams or smaller projects - £55,000-£80,000 (inc other EPM tools, Anaplan for example)
• Senior - lead multiple projects with Pigment and/or other EPM tools - up to £100,000
